As an Associate, you will work at the intersection of law and business, supporting complex transactions and strategic structures across borders. You will be coached by experienced leaders, given early responsibility, and exposed to a wide spectrum of cross-border work that sharpens both technical and commercial judgment.

What you will be doing

• Assisting in local and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Assisting with due diligence projects and preparing high-level reports for discerning global clients
• Drafting key corporate and transactional documentation with accuracy and strategic insight
• Advising on day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Liaising with foreign counsel and professional advisers in multi-jurisdictional matters

What we’re looking for

• A warranted lawyer with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
• Strong academic credentials and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset
• Exposure to international transactions or corporate advisory work (an asset)
• Outstanding communication skills in English—both written and spoken
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a clear interest in building a long-term career in corporate law
• Able to work under pressure
